In the unfortunate event you need to return a faulty or damaged item(s) you will need to contact our customer service department by clicking here, as soon as possible after delivery, quoting the sales order number found on the despatch label. If possible please retain the original packaging and despatch label, which is attached to the packaging.
If you require a replacement we will organise to deliver the replacement item to your assigned DP Centre who will then deliver and collect the faulty item at the same time.
Please return the item(s) in the same condition as received in the original packing if possible. Alternatively please package the goods adequately as to protect against damage in transit. Once the items have been returned they will be inspected. If you don’t require a replacement you will receive your refund within 30 days of notification of return.
You can cancel your order without penalty at any time prior to the goods being dispatched from our warehouse. If you wish to cancel your order please contact our Customer Service department by clicking here as soon as possible. A full refund will be issued to you via the same method of payment used when placing the order.
If the goods have left the warehouse and cannot be delivered due to reasons beyond our control, return charges will apply at £45 per item.
Cancellation within 14 Calendar Days of Delivery
In the unlikely event that you should wish to return an item to us, you can cancel your order any time within 14 calendar days after the day of delivery. If you wish to cancel your order please contact our Customer Service department by clicking here.
If you cancel your order it is your responsibility to return the goods to your assigned DP Centre within 14 days of cancellation, who will accept the goods into their warehouse ready to return to us. This must be at your own expense.
If you are unable to return the goods to your assigned DP Centre, they can for a charge, collect the goods from yourself. The fee is at their discretion.
There is a charge per item for each item returned, please see below. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us and as a result the items incur damage or deterioration leading to diminished value, we can deduct monies from the amount refunded.
